The practice of yoga like any subject should be learned systematically.
Beginners should start with a practice that brings elasticity
to the body, gradually builds stamina and mental and physical
steadiness. This
workshop is designed to help yoga teachers connect with and help
their beginning students safely and effectively.
Each week we will cover a different aspect of working with beginners
and each week will include a beginner class sequence which Laura will
teach you as if you were a beginning student and explore the teaching
topic of the day.
