Taught by Laura Allard-Antelmi3 Class SessionIn 2 classes (5-Nov, 12-Nov) Laura will slowly walk you through the process of teaching and demonstrating asana for the purpose of giving you feedback to improve your teaching skills. This allows you to evaluate yourself as a teacher and gain some concrete insight into what you can work on now. These sessions are open to all levels and styles of yoga. Laura will take the time necessary to create a trusting atmosphere and let you have a look at yoga teaching from the inside. In each Peer Teaching Session we will be focusing on the Tuesday topic from that week. The week of 19-Nov we will look at the Anatomy of the Spine and Pelvis and apply that knowledge to peer teaching. This 3 week course meets on Thursdays afternoons from 3:45 to 5:15pm. |
